Erin Sanborn, Chair, has worked throughout her career integrating International Conflict Resolution and Organizational Development to facilitate groups of people tackling complex, systemic problems. She has served as a consultant, leadership coach, project and program manager, trainer, public speaker, conference organizer, facilitator and mediator. Erin works across diverse groups and organizations such as businesses, government agencies, nonprofit/NGOs, and communities. She and her clients have developed multi-stakeholder collaborative processes in areas such as the quality of education, healthcare systems, high tech process improvement projects, training and development programs, public, private, philanthropic partnerships, and social entrepreneurial start-ups. During the past seventeen years, Erin has worked primarily in the southwestern United States. She currently lives in Taos, NM with her daughter where she enjoys skiing, hiking, gardening, working with children, community theatre and volunteering with local organizations.
Jenifer Fox, Vice-chair
Alexy Lathrop, Treasurer, brings six years of private accounting/finance experience to Wise Endeavors. She spent three years with Angel Fire Resort Operations LLC and three years at her current occupation with Taos Ski Valley Inc as an Accounting Manager. She is an alumnus of Cohort 3 of The Leadership Journey, where she learned to embody her passions to enhance accountability and collaboration in the community by joining the board of Taos Pride Inc as their Treasurer and to destigmatize mental health first aid for a healthier society by co-creating and distributing a community resource guide that would later be adopted and sustained by Rio Grande Alcoholism Treatment Program Inc.
John Pruit, Secretary, a New Mexico native, joins the Wise Endeavors board with a Masters Degree in geology and a broad perspective of business planning acquired through 45 years of widely varied experience in the technical, management and business aspects of both domestic and international petroleum exploration and production. Growing up with a family farm on the Mescalero reservation in southern New Mexico, John has had a near lifelong acquaintance and involvement with Native American cultural and spiritual practice. He is cofounder, Treasurer and Business Manager for the High Star Sun Eagle International Sun Dance for Peace, Inc. He has been involved since 1986 in publishing musical, ideo and literary expressions and description of Native American culture. Currently he is publisher and owner of Dog Soldier Press. A student of somatic practices in his own life, John is a Cohort 2 graduate of The Leadership Journey. In these polarized times, he is dedicated to supporting people and programs which encourage and enable people to learn to get along by working together to achieve mutual goals.
